Not to sound like a nag, but if you are going to advertise property manager services, you really should include your license information. There have been issues in the past where unlicensed people come to advertise to investors as property managers. Just trying to keep investors from getting duped by those kinds of people. Also, please be specific about inspections to, as inspectors also must be licensed.
