I have a few properties with good tenants in them and good cash flow potential for you (at least 15% ROI). I am willing to sell them at a discount to anyone willing to take them with the tenants and lease agreements. These properties need no repairs at all, there is nothing wrong with them, I just want to improve my liquidity.
This is a great opportunity for investors, who do not want to take the risk or time to rehab a property and wait for it to get rented. I already did that.
