1. Posting messages
   1. Be professional and courteous- This Forum is a place where investors come together to solve problems, not create them. There is absolutely no excuse to be rude, confrontational, or hostile when posting on AIREO.com. No obscenities, personal attacks, character assassination, etc. will be tolerated and will result in your posting privileges being permanently revoked.
   2. No objectionable content- Do not post content/subject/links that may be inappropriate for a general audience, including minors. Examples include adult links, hateful/ distasteful content, vulgar language etc.
   3. No unsolicited advertising- No Advertisements and/or soliciting users for any project or purpose; public, private, or commercial directing others to your own business/ service/ properties for sale / website etc.
      • Only Vendors listed in our Preferred Sponsor Vendors directory may originate posts to promote available services, listings, special offers, etc., directly.
      • Property For Sale may be advertised in an originating post after it is posted in the Property Listings page.
      The Forum is not a "billboard" or resource to be "mined" by individuals, groups, or businesses, for profit or not for profit and doing so can result in being banned from the Forum.
2. Other guidelines
   1. Signature- Registered users may choose to attach a signature to the end of your posts (via the "User Profile" feature). Signatures are like virtual business cards where you can promote your business and services including your own website link(s). Images are NOT allowed.
   2. Private messaging (PM)- This forum allows you to send private messages to individual registered members. This allows you to communicate with a member one-to-one. Note that your PM box can only hold a few messages and your inbox/sent folders must be periodically cleared out to ensure PMs to you don't bounce. PM posting follows the same guidelines as above (1.x). If you are the recipient of a PM that violates our guidelines, please email the Forum Admin ASAP with a copy of the message.
3. Consequences
   1. The consequence for abusing/breaking the above guidelines will result in action taken either by a moderator or admin. Sometimes it's as simple as your post being edited (which equates to just a reminder of the rules), other times, your post will be removed and you will be contacted and warned. In more severe cases, you will be banned immediately and without notice. Banned means a user's posting privileges are permanently revoked.

1. post or transmit any message, information, data, text, or other materials ("Content") that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, pornographic, vulgar, obscene, libelous, that may be invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
   
   
2. post or transmit Content that involves ad hominum criticisms of individuals.
   
   
3. impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or entity;
   
   
4. post or transmit any software, graphic files, or other Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as nondisclosure agreements);
   
   
5. post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," investment or loan schemes, casino or gambling offers, or any other form of commercial solicitation;
   
   
6. post religious content that is evangelical or missionary in nature, or is otherwise intended to proselytize readers on behalf of a particular religion;
   
   
7. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing any of the AIREO.com pages or services; and
   
   
8. upload or transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party. By submitting Content to AIREO.com, you automatically grant -- or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted -- AIREO.com the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

AIREO.com and its designees shall have the right in their sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, or remove any Content posted on AIREO.com and to move Content from one location to another within AIREO.com pages. Web pages, message boards, forums, profiles, and email messages sometimes contain material in which users share material they have copied electronically from other sources. Because there are thousands of possible sources spread out across the Internet (e.g., newspapers, trade journals, and bulletin boards), it is difficult for AIREO.com to determine if anything posted within or transmitted through AIREO.com content infringes on the copyright of another party. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify the AIREO.com Webmaster immediately so the situation can be promptly addressed.

AIREO.com will take reasonable measures not to disclose information about you or the contents of your communications, other than Content that is already publicly available or accessible via AIREO.com pages, profiles, email, or forums, unless it appears that such disclosure is reasonably necessary (a) to comply with the law; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to enforce these terms and conditions; (d) to respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; or (e) to protect the interests of AIREO.com or others. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, excluding its conflict of law provisions. You and AIREO.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the County of Dallas Texas. The failure of AIREO.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the court should endeavor to give effect to the intention reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of AIREO.com or these terms and conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. The section titles herein are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. AIREO.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and from time to time.
